The PayTerm interface was extended by the POST and DELETE method.
REST API - Consideration of the balance tax Client setting
Up until now, the REST API did not differentiate between balance tax and effective taxation, as this
can be controlled by the 3rd application. We see cases in 3.party implementations, where such a differentiation wasn't made explicitely.
Accordingly, the balance control flag is now taken into account in the client settings and thus no Tax entries created.
