Install Script adjustments

Because we use SMO (Server Management Objects) to create DB during installation and SMO is written on FW2.0 or Fw3.5, but we use FW4.5, for that we need to write special file in application config files. It was done for Topal Server in versions 8.1+ but not for SQLRestore (which we use in setup)

So in few words - we've just wrote following string: useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true"

in configuration file
